Wine&Dine Holidays is a team of passionates of wine and food, art and history of Castelli Romani, where we were born and/or have been living for long. We would like to share this passion with those interested in discovering unknown tourist spots or willing to taste the Italian food&wine passion.
Willing to taste a real Italian meal without worrying about shopping, cooking or cleaning? book an English-speaking chef cooking for you! You will enjoy interacting with the chef, learning about the the ingredients and the traditions behind each recipe. Vegan, gluten free, children and other special menu available. Minimun 4 people includes three courses menu, (wine excluded, wines can be agreed separately in advance).
Chef at Home
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare Italian starters and pasta sauces. Improve your skills as pasta master And discover the secrets of authentic Italian home made pasta, or treat yourself to a moment of sweetness! IFA Cookery School provides you a 3 hours cooking class at in a properly set cooking area, at Ciampino approx. 30’ drive from Rome center or easily reachable by metro A. Minimun 4 people, includes cooking of three different recipes and wine. Price varies according to the number of participants. This experience is assisted in English by Wine & Dine Holidays Personnel.
