Kenya Tours “The Great Migration”

“The Great Migration and the Beach Holiday”

Nowhere in the world is there a movement of animals as immense as the wildebeest migration, over two million animals migrate from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the greener pastures of the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. The Great Wildebeest Migration in the plains of East Africa is one of the world’s most thrilling, intriguing and spectacular owing to the massive size of the herds arriving from Serengeti crossing the Mara River. It is incredible, it is magical and it is indescribable!
The crossing is the subject of many documentary films from the BBC to the National Geographic, but even superb filmmaking cannot give you the experience of being on-site. While the sight of masses of animals thundering across the open plains is spectacular, the Mara River crossing will take you through a emotions of awe, anticipation, heartache, excitement and much more as throngs of wildebeests gather on edges above the river and you can sense their urgency and hesitation.
