The Piazza di Spagna E Apartment is about 65sq.m. and it is on the first floor , without lift, of an antique building (1400). It can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance of the apartment gets into an area where on the left you can find a fully equipped kitchen corner, with a table and a bathroom with shower and, on the right, a couch, that can be turned into a double bed. From the lounge area, an elegant spiral staircase lets into a raised balcony area where a double bedroom, another sofa-bed and a second bathroom with bathtub are located. The bedroom with the en-suite is closed by a folding door. The floor is very elegant, in typical Italian “cotto” tiles. The Air Conditioning, the Independent Heating, the Dishwasher, the Washing Machine, the Safe, the Television, free Wi-Fi, the Iron and Ironing Board, the Hairdryer , Pots&Pans and Utensils, Toaster and Kettle, Microwave and Coffee Machine will ensure the best comfort to our guests and will make their stay unforgettable. All the windows of the apartment overlook a cloister, ensuring absolute tranquillity. The whole building has conserved its original charm, and so has every single apartment.

 

In addition, the Piazza di Spagna  E Apartment is located in the same building where four other apartments of ours are: Piazza di Spagna  A Apartment, Piazza di Spagna  B Apartment, Piazza di Spagna C Apartment, and Piazza di Spagna D Apartment, and all together, they can accommodate large groups up to twenty two people.

 

Location: The position of the apartment is right in the historical centre, in the prestigious Via Del Tritone, one of the most prestigious and aimed area of the city for those who love a “cultural walk” or simply enjoy shopping : equidistant from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, and just few steps away from the famous Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini.The famous Italian and international “griffe”, together with many renowned restaurants and canteens can be found in this area. The underground (Linea A, Barberini Stop) is very close, the nearest taxi station is in Piazza Barberini and the several buses will help our guests to reach any place across the city.
