The first privilege of Capri Terrace Deluxe is its stunning location and easily accessible by car, taxi or on foot. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and it lies over three levels, with two separate entrances: the first one easily reached by car or taxi, and the second one on the pedestrian street. Along this picturesque street, the most fashionable spot point of the island, the famous Piazzetta of Capri, can be reached in only five minutes; the same road leads into only three minutes to a scenic outlook with a unique view over the famous Faraglioni. The first entrance to the highest level leads to a large terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the island. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, chairs and a wrought iron table and chairs to accommodate over 10 people. All the area is covered by comfortable and useful sun blinds. This wonderful terrace is a magic place to relax or dine by candlelight under the moonlight of Capri. A few steps lead up to the second level of the villa. Here are five areas that overlooking another terrace equipped with nice relaxation areas and a gazebo with table and chairs for 12 people. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed; another with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a third with two single beds joinable into a double bed. The living room is furnished with functional and prestigious furniture. There are also two sofa beds convertible into comfortable beds. The kitchen is very practical and fully equipped. The three bathrooms have showers. The last level has a small garden and an area charge for laundry. This last level faces the pedestrian street with easy access within a few minutes to the famous Piazzetta or the magnificent viewpoint.
