Just returned from a two week trip in Europe and were lucky to stay in your amazing place for 3 nights. When traveling with 3 teens, space, bathrooms and ease of location are important. Your beautiful place exceeded our needs. Also, Francesca is very attentive and helpful with booking car service, etc… We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return one day!

Perfect location near the Spanish Steps, Metro, Pantheon, etc. The rental is beautiful and very spacious; it has everything you need. Francesca and her team are the BEST! We will visit again 🙂

Do not look any further – book this apartment. My family travelled through Italy for 2 weeks covering 5 cities with our last stop being Rome. I have been to Rome numerous times and so critically evaluated many options in Rome but ultimately selected this apartment based on beds vs sleeper sofas, location + price and then reviews. Fingers crossed. We arrived in Rome and from the second that Marie opened the door to the building I knew that I had lucked into something special. Summed up simply, this was, bar none, the very best. So much room for all of us, comfortable beds, clean without exception and offered a warmth of home that was unexpected but truly appreciated. I will hope that I can stay here again and will recommend above all.

Location, location and comfortable for 8 persons apartment in Rome
Location is about a minute walk to Piazza de Spagna, which we used as a meeting place to gather with others staying at a near by hotel. I rented this property through trip adviser as I wanted at least some recourse if apt. was not as stated. However the 5 bedroom apartment worked extremely well for our family. It is listed as a 5 bedroom accommodating 10, but one of the bedrooms just had a pullout couch which we did not use. Each bedroom had a seperate bathroom which was a plus also. This property is up a flight of stairs (elevator for luggage) above a ladies shop which is only open during the day. Keys are provided to two inner doors and also the double outer doors. Apartment was clean and quite, did not use small kitchen or dining area.. One word of warning, be certain you know “what the voucher says”. Was asked for more deposit than listed on voucher, told that it would be returned upon departure. Contacted property manager and got this issue straightened out. My first time to rent an apartment in Rome, would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again myself. Very satisfied especially with the location!

Had a mix up with the address but finally sorted. The apartment was comfortable and very clean and spacious. Everything was provided even wi-fi. Ideal location just a couple of minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Perfect place to stay in rome and savor the less touristy areas and enjoy the way the locals live. This area would be the best location in rome. Apt was great. As described, very liveable. And a perfect location.

This is a truly lovely apartment in a great location for accessing all of the major tourist sights in Rome and the best areas for atmospheric evening meals and people watching. Initially, we were slightly concerned about the ‘back street’ entrance and personal safety when out and about at night but we soon realised that the nearby streets were constantly alive with locals and visitors and this contributed to a very secure environment. The owner, Francesca, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and her apartment manager, Rosie, was on hand to greet us on arrival and help us to settle in. This apartment could best be described as ‘cosy’ but is nicely furnished and well equipped. The stairs to the bedroom area are quite steep (and narrow) and might be difficult for some guests and the headroom was low in places but – overall – we would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome for a short break.

A spacious and comfortable apartment, the perfect place to come back to after a long day exploring the wonderful city of Rome and the perfect place to set out again in search of bustling nightlife and culinary delights. Francesca and Rosie made our stay so easy and enjoyable, the building itself charming. It will leave you feeling like a true Roman citizen, even if only for a while- we hope to return!

My sister and I loved the apartment and it’s location, a home away from home. The welcoming touch of a bottle of wine and a plate with fruit was very much appreciated. The apartment is very clean and very funchtional. We fully recommend this apartment to anyone, who would be spending holiday time in Rome. All the famous sights are in walking distance.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment, Rosie was there to meet us on our arrival with a welcoming bottle of wine and gave us some useful information about the area. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well kept with basic provisions provided. The location of the apartment was excellent, an easy walking distance from all the major tourist attractions, and a two minute stroll from the beautiful Campo De Fiori which was perfect for evening meals/ drinks. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The apartment was a nice setting for relaxing after touring Rome in the heat and the modern open plan layout complemented the 500 year old building. Location was great with me and my daughter walking to all the sights, it was a delight to stroll back to every night. The owner Francesca was a perfect host both before, supplying arrival details, and during the holiday, being available to sort out any problem, like not remembering how the door lock worked ! It all helped make our first trip to Rome a very enjoyable experience.

Such a great apartment! The contemporary, well kept interior in a 500 year old building had its amenities accurately described on the web site. The unit worked very effectively and comfortably for 3 adults. The Campo de’ Fiori location was ideal with its ambiance, activity, restaurants, and walking distance to historical sites as the Colosseum, St. Peter’s, Trevi, Pantheon… Francesca, the delightful owner, was very personable and followed through effectively with changes, such as adding a 3rd adult after the original booking. After booking, she emailed details of the area from transportation suggestions from the airport to taxi routes, restaurant recs, and amenities of the area. My comments are all positive. Francesca and her wonderful apartment enhanced our stay in Rome!

Our short stay in Rome was lovely, and the location of the apartment is perfect. A short walk from most of the key sites and easy to find once you get your Roman bearings! Nice and close to public transport too. Although it is a small apartment is it feels very spacious due to good design and suited us as independent travellers just as easily as it would suit a family or a couple. Francesa and Rosie were both extremely welcoming and helpful with our delayed arrival and request for a late checkout – faultless service from the hosts!

We arrived at the apartment at 10.30pm on Sunday and were welcomed by Francesca with a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit. The Apartment is ideally located for visiting the various historic sites, most of which are in walking distance. We have recommended it to our friends who may visit Roma in next year.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay in the apartment monseratto, Francesca couldnt have been more helpful to us from picking my daughter up from the airport even when her flight was delayed to greeting me with fruit & wine and the warmth of an old friend. It is in a fantastic location, plenty of cafes close by, supermarket almost at the front door and the comp de fiori markets just around the corner etc The apartment is exactly as it is shown there are no hidden surprises it is as fantastic as it looks, I recommend it to anyone staying in rome. we will most definately stay in this apartment again. Thank you francesca xx from Marcia & I cant recommend this apartment enough, a fabulous location, great value for money. why stay in a hotel when you can have some breathing space in the centre of Rome. everything you will need is in this apartment.

Being an older couple we were still able to walk to all the major tourist attractions. The supermarket, restaurants and cafes were also close by. The air-conditioning was much appreciated as Rome was experiencing a heatwave. We loved our stay here.

This apartment was excellent. It was central and although compact it was very comfortable and had everything you would require for a holiday. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. We loved the accomodation. The owner was there on arrival and walked us thru the accomodation (he spoke good English) and was a very friendly man. Buena localización y muy limpio el piso. Te ofrece toallas y sabanas además de jabón y papel higienico. El piso está en un edificio antiguo pero muy bien cuidado con techos altos y suelo de baldosas reluciente. Los colchones son cómodos pero podrían ser mejores y el wifi podría ser más rápido. La comunicación fue buena

Quiet, private comfortable unit on a tree lined street very close to the beaches and shops. A walk or short drive to cafes and restaurants. Our favorites are on Flora Terrace. The management are very supportive and friendly. The interior well fitted out for comfort and cooking. The space large enough for some family and friends to join us for a meal. The WiFi and TV,Netflix etc is great. Many thoughtful touches and kitchen supplies and basics that made our stay easier. Thank you!
