The apartment: is located in the main structure of this luxury farmhouse facing off the stunning garden and land of the park. The ground floor is composed by an entrance, a dining  with the original stones, a generous fully furnished kitchen, wood-fire, dishwasher, washing machine, one double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The wooden stair leads to the first floor of this apartment, where you can find 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The Pool is integral part of the ambiance of this luxury Farmhouse with fully equipped amenities for enjoying and relaxing. Different outdoor areas such us BBQ, grass football field and Bocce court. We also provide activities at  “Parco dei Castelli Romani” in collaboration with our partners.

 

 

Location: The accommodation is part of this stunning family-run Resort located at short distance south-east of the city of Rome, at the feet of the Alban Hills less than 1 hour away from the  “Eternal City” and nestled at the Parco dei Castelli Romani. The agricultural lands span over hectares of orange and lemon trees. This area produce wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables. The Castelli Romani Area is  famous for the tipical food and the owners of the resort are happy to give you some suggestions about restaurants and the tipical “Osterie” where you can have local delicious meals.

The Castelli Romani Area:  From this amazing farmhouse,  less than 3 minutes from the nearest train station, you can easily reach Rome in 45 minutes by car or train. Spend a one day tour visiting the characteristic Town of Velletri with the stunning Cathedral and the Civic Museum with a Roman Age Sarcophagus,  the Lake of Nemi, the  Museum of Navi Romane, and the famous Strawberries Festival the first Sunday of June. The Town of Castel Gandolfo is famous for the Apostolic Palace which served as a summer residence and vacation retreat for the Pope. In 1 hour by car you can reach Villa D’este and Villa Adriana a triumph of fountains and gardens (UNESCO Heritage). For a day trip not far from the farmhouse you can visit the Garden of Ninfa, the Castel of Sermoneta and the town of Anzio and Nettuno where you can sit with the tipical sliced Pizza admiring the old Port of Anzio and  the typical fisherman boats, or you can sit back and relax having dinner, tasting the fantastic mediterranean fish.
