Except the single bedroom where there is no A/C, all the other rooms have A/C and satellite TV.In one of the double bedroom there is also a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all the furnishings and from here you have access to a covered outside dining area. It has two bathrooms: one service and another with shower. The surplus of this penthouse is the balconied terrace of 80 sq.m. that surrounds a large part of the apartment.
